John spent over 30 years in national title agency management, beginning his career at First American and later dedicating two decades to Old Republic Title. Additionally, John played key leadership roles within the American Land Title Association, with a focus on Political Action PAC and Advocacy.

Justin, with 20 years of experience as a DC advocate, most recently served as the Managing Director of Government Relations for CRE Finance Council (CREFC). In this role, he offered staff support for its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President for Policy at the American Land Title Association (ALTA). Justin’s extensive experience and expertise in legislative, regulatory, and political roles encompass various areas, including financial services, capital markets, banking, housing, insurance, and commercial real estate.

Tim is an attorney at a prominent firm in Washington, D.C., and he previously held positions as deputy general counsel, chief regulatory and government relations counsel, and chief compliance officer at a public title insurer. Timothy possesses extensive knowledge and a strong operational background in real estate, title insurance, escrow operations, and related practices.

Mark is the CEO of Sol-REIT, the first mortgage REIT in U.S. history, specializing in providing innovative construction-to-permanent financing for middle-market solar developments across the United States. In his capacity as CEO, Mark acts as a liaison with the firm’s Board of Directors and provides executive leadership throughout the organization, including oversight of all capital markets, originations, structuring, credit risk, underwriting, and marketing functions. With over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, financial markets expertise, and economics education, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. Prior to his role with Sol-REIT, Mark served as an executive coach for senior managers and held senior executive positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for more than 20 years.
