Lender’s capital is the lifeblood of CRE. While publicly supportive of DEI, many lenders are unaware that nearly all the title premiums their loans support are paid to un-diverse agencies.
Encouraging borrowers to enlist Opportunity as a coinsurer is the definition of immediate impact in advancing diversity. Opportunity is a member of The Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and works actively to educate its membership about our diversity programs in title.
Opportunity can even work with lenders to promote their support of diversity in the trade press.
